Thank you for visiting! This blog site is about creating your best life possible and staying positive, despite the terrible circumstances life may throw at you.

It’s also about my dramatic days as a designer commissioned by celebrities, world leaders and other luminaries; my (secret) debilitating and death-defying battle with diabetes; and my struggle to hold on to myself and those I cared about along the way.

We all have challenges – and need stories exemplifying how to live our best lives – or, at least, laugh while trying! So, welcome to a fun, adventurous and sometimes-scary place that will take you out of your life, around the world and leave you in a better frame of mind than when you started.

As Oprah once said, “The biggest adventure you can ever take is to live the life of your dreams.” I am certainly living mine.
